Chickpea Salad

Good stuff. Will keep the bowels regular.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chick peas
  • 2 Whole Sliced and diced Small cucumber
  • 0.25 Cup Onion chopped
  • 8 Tomato Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 1 Small packet Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 0.5 Tsp or to taste Salt
  • 0.1 To taste Pepper
  • 0.5 Squeezed juice Fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Mix together salad ingredients. Blend together dressing ingredients. Add more amounts to ingredients if needed. Add to salad and stir together. Store in fridge overnight.
